Message From The Chairman

CIMA Inc.
Core Institute for Motivational Advancement
(“Inspiring Excellence”)

Relationship helps us to define who we are and what we can become.

Most of us can trace our success to a pivotal relationship

Message from the Chairman of the Board

Dear Friends,
We are proud to introduce the launching of Core Institute for Motivational Advancement. It’s an honor for me to begin a journey that has become a passion and commitments to provide this unique opportunity to give back to the children, youth and our community. As an Entrepreneur I have dedicated my life to speaking to professionals in corporate America, non-profit organizations, universities, women organizations, and chamber of commerce’s. For the past eight years I have spent a great amount of my spare time speaking to schools in East Los Angeles, Huntington Park, Bell, Lynwood, South gate, Montebello, Santa Ana, Anaheim and many more..

While growing up in Los Angeles I would always find myself thinking about the future someday I would. One of the challenges I was faced with was that I grow up without a Mentor. The importance of a mentor is someone that can help define who you are and what we can become. Most of us can trace our success to a pivotal relationship someone that made a difference in their life. For me it was my inner being and mental toughness to never settle for less and to always push and reach as far as I could.

My message to all is to “Reach for the Stars”

Mentoring is the process of investing in another person by doing things for that person’s own good without consideration of self-reward. Ultimately, it is the sum of our responses to another human being our lives become richer.

It is my true-life purpose and mission to help children/youth/adults and their families live to their fullest potential and live the dream that we all strive to accomplish.

Don Martinez
Chairman of the Board
