The training is interactive, using digital audio/ visual media and has an emphasis on learners having opportunities to apply the skills learnt as opposed to theoretical based. Delivered using the most effective accelerated learning techniques, the training is designed to ensure the needs of all learning styles are catered for. Led by a Certified CIMA trainer it is delivered by a team of dynamic trainers, who are experienced and accredited youth coaches supported by audio-visual technicians, all who have the appropriate checks and training.

 The training will be held in Los Angeles.  Teens are bused in for a full day of exciting fun inspiration.  Teens from Southern California  Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange County, San Gabriel  Valley, San Fernando Valley and the Inland empire San Bernardino and San Diego.

Students will experience meeting other teens, in group setting. The day will include meals, learning material and activities.

 The Youth Leadership Training is a course that offering young people the opportunity to gain the fundamentals of Leadership.

 Successful students have gone on to become more motivated, and inspired to do better in school and become more passionate about there future. They become more involved and become more productive and get involved. CIMA’s goal is to help bridge the relationship for youth and teens to see the value and importance of being a leader. During this event they will work with industry professionals ranging from Corporate Lawyer, CPA’s, Real Estate Developers, CEO’s, Doctors, Human Resource, Producers, Actors, Musicians, Pro Athletics and more. Students will learn break through and cutting edge knowledge to enhance their leadership skill for success in and out of the class room
